Photoshop CS6: windows snap to top of monitor

I have just bought the Photoshop CS6 upgrade, and discovered that it's virtually useless in its present form due to a bug that causes images to snap to the top of the monitor when the user has their taskbar at the top of the screen. I understand that this bug is well known to you, and that "workarounds" include auto-hiding the taskbar and working with tabbed images. Well, neither of these options is acceptable to me, and I'm outraged that you would release software that contains such an egregious error. Can you please tell me when you plan to have this fixed, as I will continue to use CS5.1 until then.

PS: I've just been invited to add an emoticon to this message "to let everybody know how [I] feel". This type of trivialization does nothing to improve my current feelings about Adobe.

Which OS version are you using?

And I'm sorry you are having difficulties - but we fix the bugs we know about before shipping the software. It is, unfortunately, impossible to fix bugs we did not know about at the time.

I'm using 64bit Windows 7. And other discussions on Adobe forums indicate that the bug was identified while the software was still in beta, but that it was shipped anyway.

We had to freeze the code early in the public beta (long story), and this was not identified in the closed beta as far as I know.
