REVEL: unable to sign in with adobe ID

I received notice that my pictures have been transferred over to Revel, but when I click on link to start using with my adobe ID, it states incorrect user name??? help, I am able to sign in Adobe with this user name but not REVEL.

Hello Maria
I would suggest that you first try resetting your Adobe ID password. Please click this link and then click on " trouble logging in" as this will reset your password. Often customers have 2 Adobe IDs and forget which to is associated with their account.

Did you happen to get this error at all? "There was an error with this action. Try again later."

Let me know if you still are having problems with signing in.
