Last week, I tried to install Lightroom 4 on my Imac (Snow Leopard) but was unable to do so. After an exhaustive search for a telephone number for technical support (Adobe makes this a difficult exercise), two representatives spent nearly two hours trying to assist me. Unfortunately, I was told that my problem was not unique and that Adobe needed to correct a bug in the software. I was told to call the company again in about two weeks! Any thoughts?
