Elements 11: Unable to edit the message that accompanies email photo attachments

There appears to be a bug in the Email Attachments using Adobe Email Service feature in PSE11. The Send Message dialogue box does not accept typed text in the body of the message; however, one can type text in another application (e.g. Notepad) and then paste that text over top of the default text generated by PSE11.

I have my email sharing preferences in PSE 11 set to use Adobe Email Service. I successfully verified my email and I am able to send photos using this service; however, I am not able to edit the message that accompanies the photos. I can type in the address line and subject line of the email dialog box. But, I am not able to type in the body of the message. I would like to be able to write a personalized message. I believe that I was able to type a message in previous versions of PSE.

I hope you can fix this issue.

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem and would love to know the answer.

I'm returning to elements 9 for the time being.
