What error do you get? Or where does it get stuck in the process?

I download the files from the website via Akamai installation. The bundle opens, and the file start extracting, and the nothing happens.

No error message

The files don't extract to where they are supposed to? Do you know where you're extracting to?

I restarted my computer a few times and extracted the files again. This time they did extract to my desktop. This might work after all. Question for you: I bought CS5 within days of CS6 being released. I was told to wait for an email to get a free upgrade to CS6. I never received it. What can I do about this?

Same here...just got new computer with windows 8, downloaded cs5 again and it's not installing all the way. It extracts files and then stops.
