Howdy Bhaskarananda,

Telugu support is in Photoshop via the WorldReady / Middle Eastern and South Asia text composer.  Check out my videos on the topic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfuw7m5mVTk and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17gM33tB1Hw

And, in case you're curious, Photoshop also supports: Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, Romanian, Slovak, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Slovenian, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali (Bangla), Kannada, Tamil, Punjabi, Telugu, Odia (Oriya), Gujarati, Thai, Burmese, Laotian, Khmer, and Sinhala

And, for the sake of completeness, Photoshop is localized into: Universal English, International English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese traditional, Chinese simplified, German, French, French Canadian, Italian, Spanish, Spanish Latin American, Spanish North American, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Russian, Turkish, Polish, Hungarian, Ukrainian

Hope that helps,
David
