PHOTOSHOP CC 2014: Unable to change pivot point when using transform

when using transform it is not possible to change the pivot point if one dimension is less than 30px.

Thanks. Hold down the option/alt key to grab and move the pivot point in this case.

My guess is they changed this to make moving objects easier in transform mode (other customers complaining that it was too hard to move objects and too easy to only grab the pivot point). I'll check with the team.

please do not blame this on customers. i can not imagine customers where complaining about moving a pivot point on a 30px selection on a zoomed canvas.

it makes sense to not be able to move the pivot point when all the handles are next to each other. but please make this dependent on the current rectangle size on screen. not the rectangle size in the document. the current implementation is just sloppy and shows no effort at all.

about moving the pivot point on the right example? this is 29px with zoom 800%.
