Elements 13: Unable to Activate

First off, your customer service system is horrible. No phone support unless you pay additionally is BS! Trying to describe in chat what is going on with your computer is extremely difficult at best.

For some reason, PE13 has decided I am not connected to the internet, so it will not activate. Your CS reps do not have an index card with a pre-printed answer for this problem. Your website says to choose the option "not connected to the internet" while installing and it will guide me through the process of getting a request code and a response code which will allow me to activate my software. The problem is, that option DOES NOT EXIST in the installment process! I would like someone to assist me in getting the software installed - preferably over the phone or computer link
