Photoshop: Turning off resampling during transformation

As you can see, the selection is not accurately showing the pixels that are selected. After transforming a selection of any type, deletion results in an anti-aliased look.

There should be some type of setting to allow for non-interpolated edges when transforming selections that are rotated on any iteration of a 45-degree turn.

If you want to make pixel art, i'm afraid you'll need to use a dedicated px art app:

Would be huge for the type of work we do. Layered art, but still a mode for indexed colors. One can dream.
