trying to redownload photoshop cc on a second computer - says it's a trial

i have photoshop already and i pay for it by month. My old computer crashed and now i am trying to redownload it to a new computer but every time i do it says that it is a 30 day trial. I have loged into my account when i downloaded it. How do i download it to where its not the 30 day trial but the actual one i am paying for?

Sign in to the Creative Cloud app so Photoshop can see your subscription data.
And make sure you use the same Adobe ID as your subscription.

I am faced with the same problem, photoshop works fine on my first computer (mac) but i tried downloading it on my second computer (dell) while signed into my account with the subscription and it doesn't work, it still opens in trial mode and when i try to license it, it says subscription not found
