I continue to have trouble with the Album Description for my on-line albums. No matter how I try to change the description, the text always reverts back to the original Album Name that was used in Elements. I can change everything else but not the description. Is this a bug or is there something I'm missing?

Hi Keith

We're investigating this issue on the product development team, but I myself am not able to reproduce the issue. Does the text revert back to the original immediately, while you're logged into Photoshop.com in your web browser? Or is it later reverted to the original description when you change it, and then sync from Elements with the older description there?

First I want to make sure that you understand that the name change works fine, it is the on-line description that reverts to the original name given in Elements. (I don't see where you can add a description to an album in Elements.)

One of my albums is keeping its new description but the rest revert to the original name given in Elements, such as "Best of", which made sense in its album tree in Elements but not what I would use for a free-standing description. Sometimes they revert almost immediately but sometimes they seem to be sticking for a while but then revert after I have left them to go to another album and return. It doesn't seem to be related to a manual sync from Elements.

Hi Keith,
Just to let you know that the problem is still being worked on. It looks like it might be a bug in the sync agent from Elements. I'm not sure if there will be a fix in the short term, but hopefully someone will come up with a workaround for your case.

Hi Keith,
It is still being investigated as to whether we can fix this on the server side and get you a fix before Elements 10. I'll report back when I know more.
