Photoshop CS6: Trouble with spot healing brush after update to MacOS 10.10 Yosemite

When I use the spot healing brush in Photoshop CS6 the black reference area does not go away after healing the area. It remains there until I click on another spot. This is annoying since I can not see how well the healing worked until I am healing another spot. Can this be fixed? I have recently updated to Yosemite and updated Photoshop to version 13.0.4 and I have updated my drivers on my Wacom tablet twice after uninstalling the the tablet software. Thanks for any help you can give me as I use this tool a lot.

You may be hitting some of the video driver bugs in MacOS 10.10. Try disabling GPU drawing and restarting Photoshop. If that works, then it was the video drivers.

Thanks Chris for the reply. I tried disabling the GPU and restarting Photoshop but that did not work. I have looked for some preference settings in both Photoshop and Wacom but I am not having any luck finding anything. Any other suggestions?

Try this plug in: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/p...

Install it and restart Photoshop.
