It seems that when I copy a transparent image from a browser it doesnt keep transparancy in Photoshop it makes the background black and it does work in paint/paint.net... And yes saving the image and then opening it works obviously but it should just work... Any ideas/ tips?

Which browser are you using?
Which version of Photoshop are you using?
Which OS version are you using?

We've seen several problems in the past where some browsers fail to write transparency data on the clipboard, or where they fail to write it correctly.

Using Google Chrome
Photoshop CC (Dont know exact version)
Running WIN10

Now my colleague has the exact same work flow and it does work for him...

I contacted the helpdesk and they seem to have the exact same problem... Not just Photoshop but illustrator and InDesign dont keep transparancy aswell...

Yep, Chrome is the worst offender in this area. They are not placing transparency data in the clipboard data correctly. PS, AI, and ID don't share clipboard code - so that is 3 independent confirmations that Chrome is doing something wrong.
