'Transform Each' in Photoshop

It would be great to have the ability to 'transform each' object in photoshop, like in Illustrator.

If you want to resize a lot of objects in your image to 80% percent of their size, without having to relocate them after resizing them as a group... (Or worse, having to resize them one by one)

It's one of the best features in Illustrator it would drastically speed up the workflow in photoshop!

Thanks very much.

Though I started this topic, and no one else has even responded, I will respond to myself. :) (I see 2 other people like this idea too, so this is for you, and all the people who randomly stumble onto this page).

Its perfectly possible with smart objects!

If a smart object is copied several (hundred thousand, whatever) times, and you change the contents of one: They all do. Wow what a gem...
