Photoshop: CS6 Trial version does not work/load on my computer

The Trail ver never loaded or started even after help from Adobe Tech Support...

Sounds like a permissions issue.

Did you have Elements 8 installed on this computer? from the case notes it looks like you did.

Did you uninstall it?
