Lightroom 5.x
Tracklog (mouseover on map) shows wrong time
when viewed by a computer set to a timezone different from where it was created.

I create a GPX tracklog (with a GPS device) in Mountain Time Zone (UTC-7).
(gpx version="1.0" creator="GPSLogger -

I go into Central Time Zone (UTC-6). (My computer is set to CST)

I open LR 5x.
I load the tracklog from the SD card where it was stored by the GPS device.

When I do a mouseover of the tracklog on the map in Lightroom, the times shown are wrong (one hour too big).

Using the "Time Zone Offset" in LR 5x does nothing to change the displayed times on the tracklog. (I think the Time Zone Offset setting is supposed to address and solve this problem, but it doesn’t)

When I change the timezone on my computer to MST (UTC-7)(the same as where the tracklog was created), open LR, and load the tracklog, the mouseover times shown on the tracklog are correct.

I should not have to change the timezone of my computer to the timezone where the tracklog was created to make it show the correct times.
This is a bug.

It has taken me hours to track down, troubleshoot, and verify this problem. Why am I doing all this work to fix YOUR product. I should get paid for my time and effort.

This has been a problem with Lightroom forever (check your forums). It makes me feel like you don't care about fixing known bugs and wasting your customers' time.
It makes me want to quit using Adobe products.
