Touch Gestures on Photoshop 2015 CC - Windows 7/10 & Cintiq HD touch tablets

Give PS2015 CC the ability to use pinch zoom and other standard gestures on Cintiq touch tablets using windows 7 or 10. Seems totally devoid of touch gesture support.

Windows 8 and 10 should already be working, if the Wacom driver is set to generate the OS events for touch.

Windows 7 may or may not work, because Photoshop relies on a lot of bug that Microsoft fixed in OS touch support in Windows 8.
