Elements: Toolbars not showing buttons until mouse pointer is moved over

Element 14.1 in Windows 10 64bit.

- Top tool bars with buttons: eLive Quick Guided Expert)
- Bottom tool bar in expert mode (right side): Layers Effects, Graphics Favorites More

All of those tool bars have a black bacground. The buttons are not shown/visible until the mouse pointer is moved over the invisible area, then the button items start showing.

The buttons that were eventually shown start disappearing again when the application is minimized and then set in focus again.

This is a very serious bug issue and I recommend this to be triaged by Adobe support as soon as possible.

I tried to report this to Adobe support but due to the "end user consumer level" of this product, the support person assigned was unable to troubleshoot this issue.
