A pet peeve of mine is when I toggle the visibility of a layer on, it doesn't then select that layer as the current layer. I'd love to see it when you toggle a layer on, that it then selects that layer.

For example, I'll place a whole bunch of photos into my document, but turn them off so that I can work on one at a time. Instead of selecting, then turning visibility on, (or vice versa), and being able to play with it, I'd rather just be able to turn it on and work from there.

There are keyboard shortcuts for making a layer the exclusive visible layer (option/alt - click the eyeball). But not for also selecting that layer.

You also need to be able to toggle visibility without changing your current layer selection. So the best we might be able to do is add a modifier to "show and select".

Anything would be great. I know I'd be sure to use that modifier.
