Lightroom Web: Title vs. caption on shared web galleries

Why are captions prioritized over titles on the shared web galleries? In a one-up style gallery only the captions are visible below each image. To see the title, one have to click on the image and hit the Info button. In my eyes it should have been quite the opposite: The titles should be visible without any action, and one should click on an image to read a more detailed description.

The other gallery styles have the same behaviour as well, just a bit less visible, because neither title nor caption shows while browsing. But when somone clicks on an image, only the caption is visible by default, below the image. To see the title, they have to hit the Info button. But not all visitors understands this, and will never see the titles.

Most of my images have only titles. This means that if I want to show the titles to my visitors in an easy way, I have to copy the title over to the caption field one by one on all my images.

I wish that the web galleries could show the titles as well, or we could have the choice to show only titles, captions or both. Many photographers use these fields in different ways, and therefore there will also be different needs.
