Time zone and Apple Photos

Despite showing the same time zone, actual capture time for photos differs in LCC and iOS Photos.

When I edit then save to Photo Roll any picture with metadata, the following happens:

1. Original photo shows correct time zone with respect to where it was shot) BUT it compensates for the difference in current location, e.g.: photo shot in UK at 16:00 GMT is shown in Photos as 17:00 (me being in Central European Time, GMT+1). Time zone is correctly indicated.

2. Photo exported from Lightroom: it shows the actual, real capture time, i.e. 16:00 GMT in my example.

Now, in my opinion Lightroom is doing the right thing, but seeing as how Photos is fundamental for my everyday use of iPhone/iPad, is there a way to “harmonize” the capture dates?

* actually, the time zone is visible using the Metapho app, but the photo is correctly geolocated and time-stamped.

Thanks a lot for any info you can provide!
