Lightroom 5: problems printing with custom paper size

I print a 5" x 7" image on 1/4 of a large Museo artist card. Cards are scored in the middle for easy folding. The problem: When printing to this "custom size" card, Lightroom 5, which I just recently downloaded will print only the lower half of the image. It does begin in the proper position on the card, but starts the print from say, 'beltline' to feet and totally leaves off the upper half of the image. After talking with a tech from Epson for over an hour we both agreed that it couldn't be the printer. Page sizes already listed print just fine, not so the custom size. After spending an hour with an Adobe tech (what surely had to be the single most frustrating hour in all my 63 years) I think I understood him to say, "It must be the printer." Next, I called the tech people at InteliCoat Technologies (card manufacturer) and she suggested that if I still had LR4 to try printing there to compare. Well now, it prints perfectly in LR4. So, I just spent another extremely frustrating (sorry, but I simply cannot understand half of what they say) and was told I would be called by a supervisor who speaks better English with 24-48 hours. I feel certain there is a glitch in LR5 with custom sized paper. I tried listed sizes with same photo; no problem. ???
