Did you input your PSE12 serial number?

And there could be a firewall or internet security blocking the licensing software on your computer from contacting the Adobe servers.

Adobe trials are usually 30-days. Where did you buy your software, from Adobe or somewhere else?

PSE13 is the newest version as of late last summer, more than six months ago. How is it that you are loading version 12 as new? Did you start using someone else's computer?

Don't post it here, as this is a public forum, but does your serial number start with 1057 and consist 6 groups of 4 digits or does it have alphabetic and numeric characters in it?

What does your Help menu show? This is what mine looks like:

Are you able to sign in with your Adobe ID as you start up Elements? Is that what you're calling "registration"?
