The smart-collection operator "is not" does not work with these criteria: Job Identifer, Country, State/Province, City, Sublocation, Camera Model, Camera Serial Number, Shutter Speed, Aperture, ISO Speed Rating, Focal Length, Lens, Creator.

To reproduce:

1. Create a new catalog.

2. Import a single JPEG whose metadata field IPTC:Job Identifier is "a".

3. Create a smart collection with criterion "Job is not b". Observe there are no matches, which is incorrect.

4. Change the criterion to "Job is a". Observe there is one match, which is correct.

For Shutterspeed, ISO Speed Rating, Focal Length, and Aperture, the "is not" bug is slightly different -- they don't properly handle photos that are missing those metadata fields. To reproduce:

1. Create a new catalog.

2. Import a single JPEG missing Shutterspeed, ISO Speed Rating, Focal Length, and Aperture in its EXIF metadata.

3. Create a smart collection with criterion "Shutterspeed is not 1/30". Observe there are no matches, which is incorrect.

4. Change the criterion to " Shutterspeed is 1/30". Observe there is no match, which is correct.
