Photoshop CS6 Extended: keeps prompting for trial mode

At irregular times when I am using PS CS6 of LR5 a trial version of PS CS6 pops up, raises havoc with what I am trying to do and it takes time to get it removed. It is more than a nuisance to me especially when it messes up my work. How do I block this pop up??

The only way that I have discovered to temporarily remove the trial version is to license the product using the product key for the installed Photoshop CS6. Once the key is accepted it does disappear but this spook is persistent it will reappear at any time from a day up to 4 to 8 weeks.

There are no popup ads in Photoshop or Lightroom.

Are you referring to the dialog asking you to continue running in trial mode (or informing you that your trial has expired) because of activation problems on your machine?

I've had this problem for a couple of months. Telling me that I have an activation problem is of no help. How do I fix the activation problem?
