The missing new version of Photoshop (ver 13,1,2)

My PS CS6 Ext is version 13.0.1 The other day (actually this week) my Adobe Updater informed me that Ver 13.1.2 was available (together with an updated Camera Raw and Extension Manager). It then went on to download and - it claimed - install the new versions. However, my Photoshop is still running in the old version 13.0.1 - at least so it says under Help-> About Photoshop. If I check under Help->System info it reads: 'Adobe Photoshop Version: 13.0.1 ( 20130522.r.24 2013/05/22:21:00:00) x64'
There is no sight of Ver 13.1.2.
When I enter Help->Updates, I get the information that no new version is available.
What is the problem here? I am running Windows 8/64.

Do you have a subscription or cloud membership?
If so, you should get 13.1.2.

If you have a perpetual license, you would have (which you have) because that is the latest version for perpetual licenses of CS6.
