PS Express: The in-app purchase resets after reinstalling the app

I purchased the extras and after reinstalling the app it appears that I didn't buy it.

The purchase is recorded and tracked by iTunes/Apple. You will not be charged again if you're using the same iTunes user account to "buy" the feature. To be 100% certain of this, go into Photoshop Express's Settings > Purchases, and select Restore Purchases. Use your same iTunes login credentials and you'll have your paid features back.
