Photoshop: The Fractil Filter | Photoshop Family Customer Community

Could some one please advise where the fractil filter is? I have PS cs5 extended and would like to get my hands on this filter. It doesnt seem to appear in the general filters list

There is no such filter that ships with Photoshop.

Are you talking about a fractal rendering filter, fractal image compression, or genuine fractals resizing?
