The design of the Photoshop CC reverts to the cs5 design and crashes everytime I save the images in a specific format.

I seem to keep getting the previous design and then stop me from saving images and making the program shut down on me. I really need the software to be fixed so that those glitches won't ever happen again. I'm using Photoshop CC which is via Creative Cloud and it has one of the exciting new features I want to use and then publish the image in them. Could someone help me with that please or is it something the staff needs to fix on that program?

Could you provide a little more detail on what you're seeing?

The description given makes no sense.

I have the screenshot here, but I have the portable version instead so it I don't face any of the experience until the program updates. It's the design that's not supposed to be in the previous design:

This is the design that's supposed to be in cs6 design while it's on photoshop cc. The installable program seems to stop me from saving. Have you ever experienced some issues with saving images in their formats while it has this kind of bug?

Photoshop doesn't have a "portable" version. There is a pirated/hacked version (complete with malware) referred to as "portable" - and if you are using that, you need to stop.

You still haven't described the problem you are seeing.
What "installable" program are you talking about?

The install-able software means that the Photoshop CC software is downloaded by Creative Cloud and then installs it on my pc for me. Also, that's not pirated, it's a bug and I have an antivirus called avast! that can detect the program if it contains malware like spam or something like that that's annoying to my pc. This one's virus free. Pirated hacked version would lead me to freezing glitches or something like that.

And there's several images that need to be enhanced like most users do for wikis like wikia or some site like those.

But you still have not described the "bug" that you are seeing -- so we still can't start to help you.

At this point, I may have to wait until there's an updated version of the program so that I can get out of this useless bug and use the software just fine. Pirated copy was not letting me do stuff faster. I know people made the news about the software being hacked while added to the adobe site. Here's this:

PLEASE describe what you are seeing.
We have no idea what you are seeing, so we have no idea if it is a bug or a user mistake.
