The Raw images from my new Canon EOS 5D Mark IV are not being recognized by Photoshop Elements 14. Is there an update available?

PSE14 can be updated to ACR 9.5 maximum according to the Adobe apps vs ACR page.  The 5D4 needs ACR 9.7, which I'd guess will ship with PSE15 in a few weeks assuming PSE15 is released the same time of year as recently previous versions of PSE.

You can install the DNG Converter 9.7 or newer from http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/ and create DNGs from your CR2s and those DNGs but not the CR2s will open in the older ACR.  Keep in mind that the dual-pixel stuff isn't handled by Adobe software, and if you convert to DNG any dual-pixel images will need to have the original raw also embedded in them.  What I'm not sure is if the older ACR can read the embedded dual-pixel raw file from within the DNG or not.
