Photoshop The bottom right hand corner of my screen isn't working

It started the other day, the layers weren't working. And I just assumed it was that. I then proceeded to update photoshop and look around the web for help. I ended up managing to bring up the layers window via minimizing the side tool thing that layers and such normally sits (I have no idea what to call it sorry). So it was working, great. I then had the stupid idea of trying to put it back in the corner because I just assumed it was working now. No.It got stuck. Even when photoshop is made smaller on my screen, the layers window is still stuck in the exact same spot.

What version of Photoshop? What OS/version are you running on? If you run in Safe Mode, does it work normally?

Are you using one monitor or two?  This has happened to me when a palette is being drawn across two displays.  If you go to Window>Workspace>Essentials do your palettes reset to the correct position?
