Hi Alexander,
What exactly are you referring to when you say, "while tethered shooting, possibility to chance capture name"? You can specify the way that files are named during capture, so I assume you're referring to something else.

Hi Ben,
when shooting products I start a new session named "Company_XY-Product-001_"
Start shooting.
With ne next Product I had to stop the session and create a new one called "Company_XY-Product-002_" and start shooting
And so on .......
A lot of folders for maybe a few shots
My proposal:
with starting a session you type a session name (the folder)
and a picture name (file name)
and within the floating toolbar you can place a editable field for the picture name
thx

Alex, have you tried the 'Segment Photos by Shots' checkbox in the Tethered Capture Settings dialog? It won't do the whole job, but would allow you to divide the photos up into Product folders directly from the floating toolbar.
It doesn't do the whole job and allow you to use it in the filename though, so I would suggest a slight adaptation to your Feature Request - that 'Shot Name' also be allowed as a filename token, just like the Session Name one.
That said, would the multiple folders that would still be created also continue to a glitch in your workflow?

In addition to Victoria's comment, I just want to make sure you know that you can click the gear icon in the lower right to access the settings dialog. Not as convenient as inline editing right on the floating toolbar of course, but something you can do in the meantime.

Thx Victoria,
thx Ben for this info.
The workflow is different than Capture One. LR 3 is the first version with tethered shooting. You made a great job with LR and think the workflow will be improved with the next versions :)
Thx
