Tethered Capture in Lightroom 4.3 not always working - stops mid shoot

I find tethered capture in Lightroom 4.3 to be problematic. I never know if it's going to work correctly. Sometimes it does and sometimes in doesn't. Sometimes it starts out working correctly and it stops in mid shoot. Often, the incoming images fail to advance in loupe view automatically. I find that I have to start tethered capture in a very specific sequence in order to make it work. First, I have to launch Lightroom. Then start tethered capture. Then turn on my camera, and finally plug it into my computer. If I don't do it EXACTLY like that, I have problems. In my opinion, Adobe engineers need to work on making tethered capture more robust. It should just work- no matter what order things are turned on and/or plugged in.

same for me and D4 and LR 5. Randomly working stable or just not. I didnt really find out when and why.

Mostly when accidently pulling the cable while shooting, or whe camera on / off.

With WT-5 and Wireless thing turn even worse: 10% success 90% fail.
