Testing Photoshop CC but...

This is just Horrible, I have been trying Photoshop CC for 3 days now and oh god this program got worse and worse with each day. First day I was drawing and giving it a go. After about six hours and trying to save the file I was working on, I got "Can't save file due to program error" that happened under save and save as! So I looked up solutions on the web, nothing there helped me at all, so I just lost six hours of work on a project.. just great.

Next day for some weird reason I decided to give it another try and it worked quite flawless. Today I expected it to work as well since it worked no problem the day before, boy was I wrong. First I get "Could not complete your request because the file-format module cannot parse the file" on the file I created the day before! How is that even possible?! Unable to open a .psd file with Photoshop.. mind = blown!

So I decided to rough sketch some things and about two hours in "Can't save file due to program error" again! This is plain horrible I will no longer use Photoshop I'm just wasting time as it seems. CC is plain useless I had no problems with CS-2-6 but CC oh my goodness...

Usually, a failure to parse the file means the file was corrupted by a disk error, or that the file was saved with a file extension different from what the file actually is (like typing .psd as the extension on a JPEG file).

And other users are not experiencing nearly as many problems as you are.

Simply such a great answer! That didn't help me at all! The file that was corrupted was saved twice and I have no problem opening said files in CS-6. CC Just won't open it period!

"And other users are not experiencing nearly as many problems as you are."

Really? As an Employee that is your answer to a customer? Is there a base chart that I can access to see how many users have problems? Please tell me more about other users while I have problems that aren't being addressed by you whatsoever.

The answer tells you where to look for the cause(s), and possibly how to solve them.
