Revel:Tags/notes not carried over in Revel or Elements 11// also no dates/ tag notifications on photos.

Transferred images to Revel ---- it is useless to me. I only use my PFD
files. Also upgraded to Elements 11 and found that none of my tag/notes
were carried over// also no dates/tags on any of the photos. I am an artist and most of my images are of my work. The tag notes contain all the information on each painting// size/media/cost/inventory numbers.
At this point, I cannot use either service,, also Photoshop cancelled the
extra storage// when I sign in, it tells me I need EXTRA STORAGE --- fine how do I get it. This whole situation is impossible. Doesn't Adobe realize many of the people using the program are professional and edit and document their photos. I don't need Revel to send photos to friends.
I need Adobe Photoshop to document my work. I can't use the product.
Please tell me how I can solve this dilemma. I have to find a solution in the next few days. Appreciate any ideas you have.

Del,
Currently Revel does not show any metadata or tags for the images. The tags and metadata are still contained with in the file, its just that Revel will not display the information. This is a feature request that many users have requested as we have submitted this information back to the product team for a future improvement request for Revel. The Photoshop.com storage service is being discontinued as you will not be able to upload any files to Photoshop.com. I did see that you have a total of 1804 images that were migrated from Photoshop.com to Revel.

Also it appears that you may have other media files other than jpgs that are still in your Photoshop.com account. You will need to download these files before June 18, 2013.
If you want to download your media files to your computer, then please
do the following
1. Install the Adobe Air application http://get.adobe.com/air/
2. Click on this link to install the Adobe Media Down loader
http://www.photoshop.com/misc/members...

I also did see that you should have a free year of Revel Premium as you were a Photoshop.com storage paid subscriber.
You can upload and download images from Photoshop Elements to Revel
Please see our FAQ Forum post "How do I upload photos to Revel" http://forums.adobe.com/message/51141...

While Revel offers some of the top features from Photoshop.com, it doesn't offer everything. We know that can be frustrating. We are working very hard to deliver more capabilities and expand onto new platforms, devices, and file formats.
Let me know if you have any other questions
Thanks
Scott
