Lightroom mobile: Syncing issue between mobile and desktop

Currently using Lightroom 2015.1.1on a Mac and Lightroom mobile 2.0.1 on an iPad and iPhone. Changes made on the desktop version are being pushed to the mobile devices without issue. Changes made on the mobile devices are not being pushed to the desktop version. I have edited through a shoot of 450 photos doing the picks on the iPad. Only 14 photos have had the changes pushed through to the desktop version. The changes appear on the Lightroom catalogue web gallery which the client is currently going through and Lightroom web version. My desktop version at the top left displays 'Syncing 14 photos' and never changes from that. What suggestions do you have to resolve this issue?

Could you try to remove the sync.lrdata file and restart LrD. This would restart/refresh the sync (metadata only).
Removing the Sync.lrdata might fix whatever the issue is. Or, at least, might trigger it to occur again. So remove the Sync.lrdata, start Lr, and then wait until it either syncs or gets stuck again and create at this point a Lr Desktop diagnostic log which can hopefully provide some clues.

On Mac it's at /Users//Library/Caches/Adobe/Lightroom/Sync Data/Sync.lrdata
On Win it would be at C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Caches\Sync Data\Sync.lrdata

You can trigger the log via LR Desktop preferences -> Lightroom Mobile and when you hold down the alt key you will notice a generate diagnostic log button
