Lightroom CC synchronize folders command launches synchronize, finds missing files and folders, but no import dialog. Just repeats the synchronize menu. Going back to v.5

Have had some other issues as well.

I can't reproduce that here... you do have the Show Import Dialog Before Importing checkbox checked? Which OS?

Mac OS X 10.3.3

I had closed the application. Reopened it after your response and tried again. Yes, box is checked. This time it did open the import dialog. A couple of other issues I had previously seemed to disappear after turning off the program and/or shutting down the computer.

A mystery. Thanks for your response. I've been using Lightroom since Day 1 and am relatively proficient at it.

Another problem still persisting. In Lights Out mode, finalizing a crop causes the entire screen, image and all, to go black. In Lights Dim mode the image goes dim. Unlike previous versions in which the image stayed bright and visible. Cropping in Lights Out mode was very useful, now not so much. Images recovers when Lights Out mode is turned off again with the L shortcut.

Ah great, well done, thanks for reporting back.

The Lights Out/Crop is another bug that has been reported and verified here, so hopefully it'll be fixed in the next release.
