Hi, as a Retoucher i tend to find my self working between only 2 masks or layers for a while like Dodge & Burn, so i suggest adding a feature like pressing X for "Switching between foreground and background color" but in this case it's Switching between 2 Masks that you assign at your own will and switching using just one button.

That's a really good idea! Now you've got me thinking of how to script that up...

Your help is much appreciated, this is my first time in here so i don't know how things works, i thought that only the devs will implement ideas unless you are one.

Oh, you're right that only devs can implement ideas directly. I don't work for Adobe, I just like being helpful and can sometimes make scripts or suggest workarounds.

Like the awkward but better-than-nothing brute force approach: Make a layer named "1" and a layer named "2", record an action selecting layer 1 then selecting the mask, then make a different action selecting the layer named 2 and selecting its mask, then assign f5 to the first action and f6 the second action... then it will work on any file so long as there is a "1" and "2" layer... should look like this in your actions panel:

Thank you, i guess i'll start with this workaround until hopefully the devs notice this post and help us with an official feature.
