Trying to get a refund for product I didn't order

I am shouting because I am angry, I have been swindled out of $90 by adobe and have tried everything I can to deal with a live person rather than computer generated responses which don't address the problem.
Adobe may have great products but I have never seen a company so loath to deal with unhappy customers,

The incorrect charge was paid by Master Card before i realized i was charged for a product I didn't order, My next email will be to Master Card to challenge the unauthorized payment.

I did'nt order any thing from Adobe,and got charged 31.79. I want to cancel and refund!!!
