Support Frustrations

The products are great, how about support catching up? I accidently ordered the wrong version for the wrong platform, couldn't refund it without waiting, forgot and now have spent about 2 hours trying to resolve the issue. I spent 20 minutes on hold, no indication how long to wait, and then got cut off. Chat isn't supported on Safari it seems, didn't figure that out for a long time. Finally got through, they escalated the request for a refund, and I got a notice saying it was sent. But it wasn't, and the status has changed to additional review. Now I try to chat again, and instead of being able to get in a cue, I'm supposed to wait and stare at the screen and hope the chat icon appears and hope I'm lucky enough to get in. How very very frustrating.

Looks like the return was processed on the Adobe side 12/19. You may receive the return as late as 12/30 depending on the financial institution.
