Support problems returning Elements 10

I have had the worst customer support experience. The process for returning Elements 10, which I do not understand why it is still being sold and at such a high price when an update has been released, has been ongoing and each time I call customer support it seems I need something else before they can issue me a refund. I receive another email every day telling me to contact the customer support, yet every time I called back, I have to reexplain my situation to another customer support agent. The first couple of times I called I tried to be patient with the process, but after I was on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected I could not deal with adobe support anymore. The agent had my number to call me back but after an hour of waiting, I had to restart the whole process with a new agent. Finally I decided to email Apple's Mac App store support and they were so much more understanding. They emailed me within a couple of hours and said they would issue me a full refund within 5 to 7 business days. Adobe should seriously reevaluate their customer support model. When it comes to purchasing a product online, there is no wait time, however you may be on hold for an hour before you can connect to someone for support.
