Does Adobe actually have a support page? It seems like this is far worse than any phone tree I have ever reached. Everything circles back to the community...do they pay the communjity to provide the support they should be providing or am I missing something?
Thank you but that just points to the page I generally start from before I chase squirrels... I wish I could ask a professional at Adobe why my PSE 11 will not read Nikon NEF files even after updating it as described in some of the support discussions I have seen. It seems that my PSE was out of date by the time I drove it off the lot.
