Support (Lens correction profiles) for following lenses in lightroom would be nice:
- Sigma APO 70-200mm f2.8 EX DG OS HSM for Canon EOS 6D
- Sigma 24-105mm f4 DG OS ART for Canon EOS 6D

Hi Frederik,

Support for the Sigma APO 70-200mm f2.8 EX DG OS HSM was added in Lightroom 3.0. For the Sigma 24-105mm f4 DG OS ART, the profile was added in Lightroom 5.4.

As long as you have at least LR 5.4, you have the profiles available. There is no specific Canon camera body requirement for these lenses.

Both of these profiles support RAW (.CR2) images only. Please confirm you are applying to RAW and not JPEG images.

If RAW, when you enable lens profile corrections, does LR locate the profile automatically?

If not, what happens if you choose Sigma as the Make? Are the profiles located?

If you are still having trouble locating the profiles, please upload (DropBox or similar) a sample RAW image made with each lens and I will confirm whether they work with the current LR and Camera Raw.

Hope that helps!

- Chris

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your quick reply and walkthrough!

I found out that the profiles are there for RAW files - i was apparently looking with some imported JPGs. My mistake!

Thank you very much for you help!

Best Regards,
Frederik
