A) In PS CS6, how about a keyboard shortcut hat lets me move through layers in the layers pallete the same way I can move through files/folders in a PC system window? Obviously, the arrows are the 1 px nudge, but what about a CTRL + (up/down arrow) to let me highlight different layers in the layer pallette?

B) I like the 10 px 'supernudge' a lot; how about a 100 px super-dupernudge, using Ctrl+Shift+Arrow keys?

Also you can edit the shortcuts under EDIT/Keyboard Shortcuts... (MAC, hope it is the same for PC)
