I tried to submit something here.. but the 'Continue' button just changes to 'Continue...' and nothing happens (FireFox 25.0.1)

now that I know the first page is only for a title (even though it lets me type several paragraphs)... I'll try again - but this has been frustrating

well... Jeffrey... this is very true - I did get some stuff in - on the second try. My point is that the front page here is unclear/misleading about what it's asking for.

go to: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh... - I got there by clicking on
a 'submit a feature request or bug report' link elsewhere on an adobe.com site - this comes up with a fairly large edit window which has a resize widget in the lower-right corner - which is clearly an invitation to novelists...

when you click 'continue'... if you've actually written more than a couple of lines, it hangs and there's nothing left but frustration (and, if you haven't already learned to save such things to the clipboard before submitting... you've lost it)

What I figured out.. completely by trial and error - is that this nicely expandable edit box... is really only for the topic - this is not at all clear to the uninitiated, and is very hostile for first-time users

This could easily be fixed with a little clarification - one or more of the following would go a long way:

1) get rid of the resize capability here - or even make this work the same way the subject field works on the next (topic) page (i.e. limit to 140, show number of characters remaining)

2) change the 'ask a question' text to clarify that this needs to be a short summary which will be used to search for similar topics

3) add something mundane like 'keep it short here - you can provide details on the next page'
