Subscription doesnt work

I renewed my Lightroom subscription via App Store, but in the app it didn’t activate. I tried signing out, reinstalling the app, restoring the purchases - nothing helps. What shall I do? I paid for the feature but can’t use it.

I bought Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 few days ago, it works Wheaton I install and no more when I restart my PC !!
