Make certain your Lightroom Creative Cloud version is installed an not the Lightroom 5.7 Perpetual License trail.

Then, make sure you are logged in with your Creative Cloud ID (paid) and not a different Adobe ID (free).

Easiest way to do that is to launch Lightroom, select Help>System Info...

The second line of the report will say "License type: Creative Cloud" or "License type: Perpetual"

Hi Erik, I'm not seeing a Creative Cloud account under the email address you've used to log in here. Is it possible it's under a different Adobe ID/email address?

Thanks! Work ok. But i have an additional question, why in my control panel of creative cloud in Adobe Page, say, "Ready to buy ? and not show my Photographic Plan.
Thanks again!

Could you try to re-sign-in via the Creative Cloud app and let me know if that helps.

Are you signed into the app? (Have you tried signing out and back in?) If you have tried that, are you using the right Adobe ID/email address to log in? I've seen a few times where customers are using the wrong email address without their membership to sign in.

I'm not seeing an Adobe ID/account with the email address you've used to log in here. I did a search by name as well and not seeing any Creative Cloud memberships under your name. I'll send you an email to get your the Adobe ID you're trying to log in with.
