Submit images to a print vendor directly from Lightroom

I love the ability to design a book and send it directly to Blurb. I would absolutely love an enhanced print module that would let me set up a batch of prints and send it to a professional printer like White House Custom Color. This would require the ability to easily set the cropping for various aspect ratios and crop to submit several prints as one order. So, not a trivial change, but a huge benefit to me (and likely a source of new revenue for Adobe).

I'd find this valuable as my current workflow requires numerous steps. I've optimized my process about as much as I think I can without new features in Lightroom. I currently have several export settings for various sizes (which use the short/long edge features to get one edge correct and let me effectively crop as needed in ROES when I submit to my vendor), sharpen, and lighten (via a curves in a droplet, the lightening adjusts the black point to account for the typically dark shadows I see in prints from pro labs).

WHCC allow FTP uploading. You can upload your image directly from LR to WHCC FTP server using your login information. So you'll just need to go to WHCC to make the purchase.

Thanks Son, that sounds helpful, but probably is only a partial solution for what I'm seeking. The challenge is that it still requires extra steps. A direct connection would likely be simpler and faster. Additionally, it would be really nice to see the price calculated as I build the order, rather than when I'm submitting it.

I haven't used their FTP process. Is it easy to crop an image via their website?

I don't know about that because I always crop it prior to export/upload.
I don't think anybody will touch this feature for a while. The number of people who need to print from a photo lab is not that many.
