Photoshop CC 2017: Interface/Workspace Font and Graphics – Either Too Large or Too Small to Comfortably Read and Work

I am extremely frustrated with my Adobe Photoshop CC 2017. I am a novice Photoshop user. I have a relatively new (purchased December 2016) Dell Inspiron All-In-One 24-inch touch-screen desktop computer with Intel Core i7, 12 GB Memory, 1 TB Hard Drive, and Windows 10.

I recently upgraded from only Adobe Photoshop CC to all the Adobe CC products. I don’t recall my previous Photoshop CC having the following problem while using this same computer with the same resolution 1920 x 1080 "recommended."

After numerous attempts yesterday and today via various forums and most recently a call today to Adobe customer service to resolve this problem, I am now reaching out for Adobe community support as well as to document my request for Adobe programmers to fix this issue. I see that other Photoshop users also have had this problem in the past.

My issue: I cannot figure out how to change the Interface text size via Photoshop – Edit – Preferences – Interface – Text UI Font Size and/or Text UI Scaling. The Adobe customer service representative went through the same resolution attempts that I have tried including changing the Windows 10 display settings. Both the Windows 10 100% and 125% displays make the Adobe text tiny, and the 150% makes the Adobe text and graphics too large. The same problems happen via changes only in the Adobe preferences or in combination with changes in Windows 10.

My goal: To be able to comfortably read the interface/workspace text as well as to efficiently/effectively use the Adobe Photoshop features.

Thank you for offering your words of wisdom!
