I am trying to load up new text styles into CS5 and haven't had any problems until today. when I go to put the styles into the PS program is says I don't have permission to do this on this computer and asks if I want to save to owners file. now if I want to use a style instead of having them loaded up in PS and organized how I want them I have to go a load up each set of styles every time out of a folder. how do I get back to where they load up into PS again?

Can you provide a bit more detail?
What is the EXACT error message? And are you talking about an .ASL file?
What OS version are you using?

C\ program files x86\adobe\adobe photoshop CS5.1\presets\styles\horror you don't have permission to save this location. contact admin to obtain permission. would you like to save to owner file instead.
.ASL files for text styles.

Ok, that means that you have a permissions problem on your system and can't save to that directory. You need to fix the permissions problems on that directory so that you have permission to save there.

Cy, in the future, please remember to share the version of the operating system that you are using.
It seems that Microsoft has a page to check permissions: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/win...
